- Serum neurofilament as a predictor of 10-year grey matter atrophy and clinical disability in multiple sclerosis: a longitudinal study June 1, 2022CONCLUSION: Higher sNfL levels during periods of active inflammation predicted more GM atrophy and specific aspects of clinical disability 10 years later. - Renal Phenotype in Mitochondrial Diseases: A Multicenter Study May 9, 2022CONCLUSION: Acute kidney injury is a distinct renal phenotype in patients with mitochondrial disease. Our results highlight the importance to recognize renal disease as a sign of an underlying mitochondrial disease. - Threshold estimation based on local minima for nucleus and cytoplasm segmentation April 27, 2022CONCLUSION: We propose a method for nucleus and cytoplasm segmentation based on the local minima of the approximated function values from the image's histogram.
